World Flute Master and Cultural Storyteller, Gary Stroutsos To Perform at ASU Kerr Cultural Center

1use-for-promotionalSCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Arizona State University Kerr Cultural Center is proud to present Gary Stroutsos on Friday, January 29, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be held at ASU Kerr Cultural Center located on Rose Lane, north of Scottsdale Road and McDonald Drive. Tickets are $17/$20 and children, students, senior and group rates are available.

Gary Stroutsos will be performing world flute music drawn from traditional cultures. Evoking a spirit of peace, and the voices of the land, his work will include internationally-acclaimed recordings at sacred sites. Stroutsos has had a unique career of recording flute music inspired by his travels. Join us as he shares the cultural legacies that have been shared with him.
